• Although we do not recommend that our clients choose exactly all the songs we play, we usually ask to pick some of their favorites from our repertoire list, we will then base our live sets around these. This has worked best with our previous clients. View Song List.

• We may already be booked on the evening but provided there is sufficient travel time between the bookings we will be able to perform at both.

The Hares perform laid back chilled acoustic afternoon sets during wedding ceremonies, drinks receptions, wedding breakfast and private functions. We send separate quotes for these packages. If booking with our evening live music packages we offer these services at a reduced rate. Please request in your enquiry form.

• Important - Please let us know if there is a sound limiter at the venue so we can check the 'db' limit.

• We perform between 45-90 minutes live sets during your drinks reception or wedding breakfast as The Hares Solo, Duo or Trio.

• We find it works best to start with your first dance just before the live set and usually encourages people up onto the dancefloor. We then burst into our first set from there.

• We will usually arrive around 1.5 hours before we are due to start our live set or DJ music depending upon which you have booked.

• We will be set up & ready to start on time. If traveling at great distance from our London address we will probably arrive much earlier.

• We will need to know when we can gain access to the room in which will hold your evenings entertainment.

• We can set up in 15 minutes as a duo or 20 minutes as a full band.

• We are very experienced at travelling around London and the UK to all our events which often helps at peak times.

• We have recently left all live music and entertainment agencies to improve our professional service by communicating and working directly with 100% of our clients.

• In our experience of using agency's we found on occasion we were miss sold in order to gain their commission, outdated high commission rates and found most were not as professional as our personal standard of service.

• We no longer feel we can be represented by any external company. By booking directly with us we build a relationship with our clients from the beginning, understanding exactly what you require for your event and find this increases client referrals.

• We send set quotes to all of our clients, based on event type, distance travelled with all live music options, saving you the unnecessary expense of 20% commission in comparison to booking through a live music and entertainment agency.

• We contract all events with terms & conditions and deposit payment to fully confirm your event booking.
